Narrowboater's detective story

Published: Friday, 08 March 2013

READERS of Faith Martin's detective series will no doubt be aware she lives on a narrowboat, as all her previous books have been so based.

Her latest A Narrow Margin of Error is another in her  series about her detective Hillary Green, who features in all of her 12 novels.

Retired

By now, Hillary has retired from the police force and is working as a civilian consultant to her former colleagues in Thames Valley Crime Review Team, and uses her contacts to solve yet another case.

Like the former novels it is based in and around Oxford, with narrowboats faring large in the plot.

It is now on sale at £19.99.
