NABO against CaRT take-over of EA navigations

THE National Association of Boat Owners is against the proposed take-over by Canal & River Trust of the Environmental Agency's navigations and concerned that it has not been consulted, so has informed the All Party Parliamentary Group for Waterways of its concerns by the following email:
