The Kennet & Avon is closed at Wooton Top Lock (54) near Bruce Tunnel given as owing to 'boat damage' by Canal & River Trust, Keith Gudgin tells us.

But 'boat damage' by the Trust seems to cover a multitude of sins, usually used to cover-up up the lack of maintenance, and was used to explain the boat sunk in the lock on the Grand Union Canal at Hemel Hempstead.
