Towpath flasher back

A MAN is exposing himself to girls walking the Grand Union Canal towpath in Berkhamsted.

It is not known if it is the same person who was doing the same early last year, but this happened outside the Rising Sun pub. Described as in his mid thirties and average build, at the time he was wearing a predominantly red jacket, Alan Tilbury tells us.

Appeal

The police have appealed to anyone who may have been in the pub or seen anything that may suggest something untoward, and of importance to the investigation.

The last time this happened, it was just a single incident, with the culprit not being found.
