THESE two boats have been moored for three weeks on a clearly signed 48 hours mooring, opposite a water point and running a generator (at 8.30am yesterday, Monday) until nearly 11pm on Sawley Cut, its noise keeping other boats well away from them for 100 of yards, so taking up mooring space.
