THE Chesterfield Canal Trust will be running lots of special cruises for Easter at Retford, Worksop, Hollingwood and Chesterfield.
There will be Easter Egg hunt trips every hour on Seth Ellis from the Hop Pole pub in Retford (DN22 6UG) accompanied by our Easter Bunny on Sunday 9th April. All children get an Easter Egg, with a drink and a hot-cross bun for adults. All tickets cost £7. Booking essential, ring 07925 851569.
Easter Eggcitement
There will be Easter Eggcitement cruises on John Varley from Tapton Lock in Chesterfield (S41 7JB) on 14th, 15th and 16th April. On the Friday and Saturday, there will be Craft Cruises with children in mind; on Sunday, there will be an Easter Egg for every child. There will be a drink and a hot-cross bun for adults. All tickets cost £7. No booking, just turn up and pay on the day.
