THE jury in the trial of the owner of a Thames marina who was on trial for groping his apprentices at his boatyard and slapping their bottoms, (Marina boss on trial for groping) found him not guilty.

Myck Djurberg was cleared of all charges and the witnesses for the prosecution have all been shown guilty of misleading the court, Jonathan Rayner tells us.

No evidence

He tells that no evidence was ever produced against Dr Djurberg, and the jury came to the conclusion in 20 minutes after the summary of the case was heard in court and found Dr Djurberg not guilty.

It seems it was a malicious prosecution that was set up by two people who are being sued for £150.000 in damages done to the property of Dr Djurberg.
