Cruise the restored Chesterfield

FOR those of you who would like to see what the Chesterfield Canal Trust has done over the years, there are full day return cruises on the restored waterway, with plenty of choices.

The John Varley will run full day return cruises from Tapton Lock (near Sainsbury's Chesterfield) to Staveley on October 8th and November 12th. There will also be a Diwali Cruise on October 23rd that includes a meal at Hollingwood Hub. For bookings, ring 01629 533020.

Walk-up trips

Madeline will continue to do walk-up trips from Hollingwood Hub on Saturdays until the end of October and John Varley does walk-up trips from Tapton Lock on Sundays, again until the end of October.
