The fire service was called out, but found no fire at the boat in the dry dock but the remains of an explosion, and an injured man who was treated for a fracture and taken to hospital, Alan Tilbury reveals.

Leaking fumes

A spokesman for the Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told that it was fumes leaking from the boat's tank that ignited while the man was welding, and caused the explosion.
