THE LEEDS WATER TAXI that ceased four months ago is back in business.

It being taken over by an office and workspace provider, Janet Friend reports.
It's initial trips were on Bank Holiday Monday offering free trips to attract people to the service.
The service is between the railway station and the docks at a cost of £3.50. The journey taking 12 minutes.
Originally the service had been operating in Leeds since 2014, with the vessels being built in Amsterdam.
To and from work
The journey gets people to and from the railway station to their offices around the docks without the hassle of the roads.
To those taking the trips for enjoyment the skippers point out the various attraction along the way.
