Massive wake

Moored boaters being passed by this idiot would be well within their rights to shout at the steerer of Grace from Napton Narrowboats to slow down as it wrecks the canal banks with its speed. There really is a need for engine limiting, for this one is far too powerful for these uncaring hirers.
