Must keep moving

I see in narrowboatworld that holiday boaters will be affected by the new rules about not returning to the same spot within a month, writes Tony Collins.

How, I wonder are holiday boaters using a hire boat (or even a borrowed boat) to know where the previous users of the boat moored?

Places to avoid

One assumes that it will only be the boat that is recognisable rather than the boater when being 'spotted' by the Ranger/Lengthsman/Mooring warden. So if I take out my boat and my son takes it out the following week, have I to give him a list of places to avoid?

The words brewery, organise and can't come to mind. Well done, CaRT it sounds as if Ms Ash strikes again.
