What's going on?

It appears there is some confusion regarding stoppages on the Trent & Mersey Canal in the region of Fradley Junction.

A boater at Handsacre has told me he is unable to get back to his berth at Barton Marina because of stoppages at Fradley, writes Ralph Freeman.

Stoppage or not?

This was news to me and looking at Map D on the Waterscape stoppage site there are no stoppages shown all the way down the Trent and Mersey to Burton on Trent. However, If you look at Map C which was updated on the 4th November there are stoppages shown at Fradley during November/December.

No stoppage updates have been issued by email from Waterscape, so does anyone know what is really going on?
