Stuck with them

I SUPPOSE that until and unless the corporate mindset of CaRT is changed to one which actually cares we are stuck with them, writes Bill Ridgeway.

But just how can this situation be brought to the minds of people in government (I appreciate they have other things on their collective mind now and for the foreseeable future) or whoever?

The Inland Waterways Association would be a natural nominee to try to get something done but least said about that the better.

It is a sad fact that, as in other walks of life, a bad incident with loss of life usually focuses the corporate and government mind and spurs them into action.
