Lodges on the marina are purchased as second homes or holiday homes and can be let as holiday rentals, as many owners already do.
The marina tell that it is currently working on the next exciting lodge development, which will see a scheme of 15 lodges in the North Field with a focus on wellbeing and wellness retreats surrounding cascading ponds.
