We have lived on our boat for seven years yes it's cool at the back hot at the front but we have to have the windows open most of the time.
Washing and drying is not a problem on our boat—it looks like a Chinese laundry over night. but dry in morning.
We have a microwave, fridge and freezer all 240volts. We also have a diesel heater we rarely use but seem to cope quite well.
We know not all boats are the same, but come on, if you choose this lifestyle you take the good with the bad.
