Another disposal facility lost

ANOTHER rubbish facility on the Grand Union Canal has been permanently removed by Canal & River Trust.

The Trust first gave notice that the facility at Giffard Park was closed, but later then admitted that it had been permanently removed, Keith Gudgin tells us.

Other facilities

The Giffard Park facility was on the Grand Union at Milton Keynes. Other facilities remain at Great Lindford and Bletchley, and there is still the toilet and Elson facility left at Giffard Park.

No explanation was given as to why it was closed.
