The development at Hale Wharf moves to its final phase being delivered by Waterside Places—a joint venture between Canal & River Trust and urban regenerator Muse.

The first phase saw saw 249 homes built in two tower blocks, with 108 delivered for rent and the remaining 141—known as Navigation Point—for sale on the open market.

Eight blocks

Phase two will take the form of eight low to medium rise blocks on the site next to the newly occupied towers.

It is expected that the final phase will take just over two years to complete.
