Poor repaired lock WILL break

IT IS a fact! When a lock is in poor repair and is used by a boater, it will break! Writes Orph Mable.

So yes boaters break locks. In the current Cart world—if boaters are prevented from using dodgy locks then they will not get broken QED.

Limit boats?

Is this why Cart are doing everything in its power to limit boats on the canal and river systems of this country?

Far better to encourage wild-life projects, art areas, duck paths and decorate the countryside with meaningless signage.
