Win a Helmsmans' course

TO CELEBRATE the release of the Royal Yachting European Waterways Regulations—2nd Edition; the RYA is offering a lucky winner the chance to win an Inland Waterways Helmsman's course courtesy of Willow Wren Training in Rugby.

The RYA European Waterways Regulations book is the official title in support of the CEVNI rules. It aims to help the reader develop a deeper understanding of the information needed to pass the legally required CEVNI test.
