White Mills Marina celebrates seven years

WHITE Mills Marina on the Nene at Earls Barton celebrated its seventh birthday on Saturday.

Four gold anchors

The 141 berths marina opened for business on 1st April 2016 and since then has not only established itself as an award winning marina offering excellent customer service and facilities but it has continued to secure four gold anchor status from The Yacht Harbour Association.

With its popular Boathouse Café which opened in 2017 and Certificated Camping and Caravanning Club site, the marina has become a popular destination for visitors to Northamptonshire, whether its by river or by road.

Welcoming more boaters and campers

Of the occasion, Director John Skinner commented:

“To think that we have been fully operation for seven years is amazing, I know it’s a cliché but I really do not know where the time has gone...

We are now looking forward to welcoming still more boaters and campers to White Mills over the next seven years and beyond.”
