I have phoned the energy help line and they put me onto Ofgen which took me 30 minutes before i eventually spoke to them, writes Robin Deal.
They then put me through to the Citizen Advice energy department which took another 20 minutes before an answer.
Have to claim on our behalf
However the outcome they told me was that whoever supplies the energy to our marina the owner of it has to contact them and claim it on our behalf.
So in our case the marina owner, Louise Golding, has to call them on 0808 2231133 and quote my reference number 839979. So in my case I can't claim it individually.
