What about boating activity?

I AM not going to comment on the CaRT report that the most common cause of damage was vandalism, as we all know that is crap, writes Jim Cracken.

What I want to comment on is the phrase in the report that says 'it is most heartening to look back across the period 2017–19 and reflect upon our heritage activity'.

What I say is to hell with its heritage activity, what about boating activity?

Or what seems most likely, has CaRT forgotten what is its main purpose?  Or should be.
