Makes a change

ONE boater is so fond of his vacuum cleaners, that he takes them with him wherever he goes—even on his hired narrowboat!

That's not all, pictures have been published of them with Danny Walker at the bar at the pub, in the park and even chained to a shopping trolley when he goes to the supermarket, Keith Gudgin tells us.

Baby 'Henrys'

In addition to his 'Henry' vacuums, Danny also has baby 'Henrys' that he also takes with him, believing they all like adventures, and as far as his canal holiday was concerned they were on the roof of the boat, seeing the world go by. Picture by Carters News Agency.

Danny tells that cleaning up is boring, so he does it all for a bit of fun.  Certainly brightens up the waterways, from the rather mundane stuff we normally get an boat roofs.
