Charge for TV information

Tell them nothing is sound advice, [demands for information concerning television licence], writes Ian Reid.
But if you do wish to end the harassment, why not send them a bill for the information? Add on a bit for 'Administration' and see what happens.
It might work. Information is worth money, let them pay for it. Warn them first, then if they continue to harass you they will have accepted your terms.
