A BOY has been stabbed and left for dead in the Grand Union Canal in Willesden.
The 17 years old was dragged out of the canal by the emergency people, but the attempts to resuscitate him failed and he was pronounced dead at the scene, Keith Gudgin reports.
Pushed or fell into the canal
It is understood the boy was stabbed on the towpath then either pushed into or fell into the canal
The towpath was was roped-off as a crime scene whilst investigations were being carried out.
No arrests have yet been made, though police are treating the death as murder.
