The lock cottage is up for sale by Fisher German and has been completely modernised, Roger Fox reports. It being complete with moorings and a narrowboat.
From the aerial view supplied in the literature the narrowboat looks around 50ft, so someone is going to be in for a shock expecting to pay a mere £54.13 for a 10 months boat licence!
