Nervous about reservoir safety?

Regarding water shortages due to low reservoir levels, writes David Pullen.

Isn’t the obvious reason that CaRT have deliberately lowered the stored water levels in upland reservoirs, e.g. similar to Toddbrook, as they are nervous about reservoir safety?

Wettest six monts on record

After the wettest six months on record, up to early March, there can be no other reason that there is not enough water.
