Well done to Canal & River Trust for getting the Caen Hill flight of locks open so quickly.

Yes, we all agree that hire boat companies should give better instruction to hirers, but if CaRT fined the hire companies for the expense of repairs.

Plus some compensation, then these problems would be greatly reduced.
