Another lock house goes

AFTER the resident lock keeper left, with the position now redundant, the lock house at Atherstone Flight on the Coventry Canal became vacant.

The house is now to go, with a 'For sale' notice showing, and will be offered at upwards of £130,000 by Savills Auctioneers at auction.

Sawley Lock House

This follows the disposal of the lock house at Sawley Locks, that has been purchased and is now being renovated.
