HERE you are cruising up the Grand Union Canal when suddenly a shoe appear round the bend!

It's real and it floats, and is the idea of Sebago footwear company that uses the shoe around London to advertise its wares, Alan Tilbury tells us.

The shoe had its début last week, taking part in the 'Free Shop West End VIP Weekend' promoting the company's recently opened Regent Street store.

For the occasion however the show will be on dry land 'anchored' outside the shop.
