Narrowboat refloated

IT WAS on Wednesday that a narrowboat sank whilst on the Coventry Canal at Mancetter, Brian Holmes tells us.

But a rescue team from Commercial Boat Services at Chester arrived yesterday (Thursday), and with pumping equipment managed to re-float the boat.

Brian came across the rescue as the team were clearing up after the rescue, and took the picture on the way to Stoke Golding.
