My brother lives at Syringa on an Island in Henley and my partner and I are looking for a boat to live in. writes Philippa Boulter.
My brother happened to mention there has been a boat that appears to be abandoned moored on the bank opposite his house.
It is moored at Henley rowing museum ward and is called Sea Witch VII. The licence number is F019936 and the expiry date was the 31/12/2025.
Jason (my brother) says it has been there since October last year. There are a couple of mooring charge notices on it. I managed to get a picture of one and the number was 861991M.
My partner is an engineer and any engine problems on a boat would not be a problem for him to resolve and we would really like to rescue this boat.
