Not quite right

I SEE there is a publication advertising itself as the 'No 1 free waterway newspaper' that I most strongly contest, as everyone knows it is narrowboatworld that is No 1, allowing all to have their views without fear or favour, having written many times and had nothing altered, writes Ian Waters.

I hope you include this as I have written to this other publication and not even had the courtesy of a reply, something that has never happened with you.

Also wrong

Another thing that is also wrong is that it has, though it declares itself as 'free', by the side of this is a form to subscribe at £9.99, so how does that make it free?

But what I found very surprising was that lower down, as I gather a special concession to IWA members, the charge was £12.99!
