I will not give anything to this breach appeal, as just like most other boaters, I pay cruising, mooring and insurance while on a fixed income.

If Evans, Salem, Moran, Ash et al would give a generous wedge out of their over inflated salaries, boaters might then consider donating?

If this is how each emergency is going to pan out, we can only sit and wait for the total closure of the system—incident by incident.
