Cows or humans?

THEY seem to be a complaining lot as far as the Cam is concerned in Cambridge, with the latest being about the cows grazing where they have had rights for centuries.

People don't want cow pats where they picnic next to the Mill Pond, and and are now suggesting they should be banned from the area, Alan Tilbury tells us.

Centuries old

However, there are centuries old grazing rights, and others believe the cows give the area a rural scene, and believe it is the public who should be banned!

People in Cambridge have complained of both moving and moored boats, and complained of the rather famous swan, but now it is cows grazing where they have every right to graze.

Health and safety

Resident Stephen Mills remarks that people are suffering embarrassment, and that it is a health and safety issue.

But freelance writer Philip Bann remarks if it had to go one way or the other he would rather have humans banned.
