Is it me?

IS IT ME, or is this CART thing starting to get a little ‘woolly'? Asks Orph Mable.

So far:
I have seen several layers of committees being announced.

I have seen and even taken part in one election for one committee.

I have seen a team of well-paid fundraisers put in place.

I have seen a Patron announced.

I have seen Charity Status announced.

I have seen figures quoting the cost of bunting etc. for the ‘Launch'

I have seen all manner of ‘facts' on funding.

I have seen all the nice new logos on the vehicles.  (3 or 4 this week!)

I have seen British Waterways tools and equipment hurriedly sold off.

I have seen the continued annual boat licence increase well above inflation.

I have not seen plans for improving the decline of the current diabolical state of the waterways.

I have not seen any solid plans for funding the waterways.

I have not seen any methods published for contacting committee members with issues.

I have not seen any improvements announced for boater facilities.

I have not seen much in the way of ‘volunteer training' announced.

Surely it is just me, not looking in all the right places for this information.
