Email: Issue for local councils

Well said Robert Hawkins (A local problem). CaRNT can't cope with the waterways' problems (lock failures and the like).

And though we boaters obviously need the towpaths clear we can cope with defacement, dog muck, litter etc which should surely be issues for local parish councils? Talking of which, when will CaRNT start monitoring the much abused 'boaters' waste facilities'?

And why place so many with such easy road access without the need for even a (we know how readily available, so you may well ask what is the point) BW key?
