Snowdrops for the Chesterfield Canal

LAST year a couple came to the editor's wood where he resides, after learning he had loads of snowdrops.

So they came again from the Chesterfield Canal Society and took bags full to plant around the the Holligwood Hub next to Hollingwood Lock on the Chesterfield Canal.

Made a good display

Having made a good display there they came again this morning (Wednesday) with Tom showing them another batch, and out came the spades with Sarah and Jim digging in and taking more to extend the display.

Snowdrops of course being an early flower and much appreciated after dull winters.
