Planning approval granted for Promenade
PLANNING approval was announced this week for Mercia Marina's long-awaited Promenade development.
A luxury complex comprising 8,500 sq ft of retail and cafe/restaurant space and a limited number of two bedroom and three bedroom contemporary residential apartments with views over the 77 acre destination marina site.
