You periodically publish stories about people being evicted from their boats by CaRT, and thus being made homeless.

However, the articles never seem to give the reasons why CaRT have done this, spending time and money on court cases etc. They presumably give some explanation to the magistrates to justify them, the magistrates, issuing a court order.

Those explanations might be spurious, they might be over-enthusiastic petty-fogging, they might be reasonable. If your correspondents could tell us these reasons, together with a rebuttal from the boater, we would be in a better position to understand just what is happening.
