Success story

The 60 seater John Bunyan is of course run by volunteers, and has proved the success story of the summer. for not only its regular cruises but with local businesses chartering trips, school parties and even a wedding party hiring the boat.

The Trust operates public cruises from Bedford to Kempston, Cardington and Great Barford and of course return cruises.

The Chairman of the Trust, Graham Mabbutt, explains:

"This has been a great start to the life of the John Bunyan boat and we hope we are helping introduce people to the joys of the waterways."
