Bell boat at Northwich Festival

AN ADDED attraction at this year's Northwich Festival on the Weaver is free bell boat activities for young people.

Teams will be able to get afloat on the river under supervision in the bell boats (pictured) as well as join in with the rest of the activities on offer.

Variety of craft

Of the festival Gillian Bolt tells us:

"The aim is to show everyone how fantastic the town's riverside can look when filled with a variety of craft and related activities—and encourage more positive use and development of the area."

The festival will be held over the weekend of the 23rd and 24th June, and over 120 visiting craft and a special delivery of Jubilee mugs will be coming to the Festival, via the Anderton Lift, from Stoke.
