IT IS GETTING towards that time again as Santa cruises are offered by the Chesterfield Canal Trust.
You can choose to cruise with Santa Claus from four different locations on the Chesterfield Canal this Christmas.
Every child will receive a present from the great man and every adult can have a mince pie (or similar) and a drink. All this for only £10 per person.
Four tripboats
The Chesterfield Canal Trust will be running these cruises on all four of its tripboats spread over nine days.
In Chesterfield, the tripboat John Varley II will be doing Santa Special trips on every Saturday and Sunday from 30th November to 22nd December and on Monday 23rd December. All leave from Tapton Lock, on the Tesco roundabout in Chesterfield, S41 7JB.
In Staveley, Madeline will be doing Santa Special trips on every Saturday and Sunday from 7th to 22nd December. All leave from Hollingwood Hub on Works Road, S43 2PF.
