After many days, with the whole river unnavigable and completely in flood Canal & River Trust give the stoppage notice concerning it.

But only at Nether Lock in Newark!

With its actual notice stating—'There is an unplanned closure at Nether Lock due to flood related damage restricting access to the lock'.

We have news for it—every single lock has been unavigable for days...and many still are.
