It is an irrelevance that CaRT will dispense with when it is of no further use, and will disappear into the obscurity that it richly deserves.

Tom Rolt would turn in his grave if he could see that the campaigning organisation that he founded is now nothing more than a tool used by CaRT to deny boaters any voice on council.
