A LISTED warehouse on the Grand Union Canal at Harefield has been turned into a luxury waterside development.

The former warehouse at Royal Quay has been lying empty for years, but was taken on by a developer with its interior being turned into flats, Alan Tilbury reveals.

Completed

The first phase has now been completed with the warehouse being converted into 30 one, two and three bedroomed flats facing the waterway.

The full project is in three separate phases, and when complete it will provide 66 private homesĀ  made up of newly built town houses and converted buildings made into apartments.
