I'd like publicly to thank Victor Swift for his compliment re my coining of the phrase, CaRT the charity-less charity. Making boaters homeless.

I hope he is right and it sticks. CaRT deserve to be embarrassed by its own ineptitudes. As far as I can see it is getting worse and not learning from its mistakes. Perhaps Mr Parry needs more time?

I'd like to return the accolade by referencing Victor's own coined phrase. 'Continuous Moorers'. Nice one Victor!

And here's another. Again of my own making—'Continuous Moaners'. There's an awful lot of them about.
