K&A moorers and rules

IT WOULD seem that Ronnie Colman has stirred up the waters regarding those that moor along the Kennet & Avon towards Bath.

I think your goldfish has more brains than you, writes Martin Brooks.

Rules are rules

Rules are rules, and just because your interpretation of them seems 'fair in your eyes, that does not make them correct.

We have a well paid legal profession in this country making its living from such interpretation, and until this is tested in court nobody's opinion can be considered correct, neither yours nor CaRT's.

I believe, along with the rest of the civilised world, that unless proved otherwise, the most liberal interpretation of any law is the correct one. So, can we stay off our high horses until we are better informed?
