THOUGH Canal & River Trust tells work locations are on the Kennet & Avon Canal, they are obviously not.

Clear vegetation

The work is to clear vegetation with contractors Hi-Line working on behalf of National Grid to cut back vegetation around power lines at four locations between Creech St Michael and Outwood.

The canal and towpath will both remain open but pedestrians and boaters approaching the areas should take care.
